What should you eat to reach your bodybuilding goals?

Bodybuilding nutrition is very important if you want to build muscle, lose fat and stay healthy. Of course the most important thing is for you to have effective workouts, which stimulate your muscles to grow as fast as possible. But you will not succeed if you don't feed your body right to get the type of lean muscle mass gains you are looking for.
Protein is the most important factor in building muscle. I suggest lean protein foods such as egg whites, chicken, turkey fish, and occasional lean steak.
You will also need carbohydrates to fuel your body for those intense workouts. The best sources of carbohydrates are brown rice, potatoes, yams and fresh raw fruit.
Health fats are also important for bodybuilding nutrition. Your body needs some fat to provide insulation and also in providing energy. You should eat healthy fats rather then unhealthy fats. Olive oil, flaxseed oil and Omega 3 fatty acids and the best sources to use.
You should also eat a good amount of fresh raw vegetables because they give you enzymes, vitamins and minerals that you need to stay healthy. Eat salads that include lettuce, tomatoes, cauliflower, celery, broccoli, onions, carrots, etc.
Once you are eating right for your goals, your will also want to look into some effective bodybuilding supplements to help you reach the next level.
